Change of module

Please ensure that you complete a Module Amendment Form, authorised by the appropriate academic, if you wish to make a change after the online registration deadline.  Please note that this is very important with regard to ensuring that you are entered for the correct examinations.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the relevant deadlines for making changes with your department and the School Office.

Interruptions/breaks from your studies

Please remember that we need to know if you are interrupting. This is important as unexplained absence from examinations counts as failure, and if we don't have official notification of your interruption you could be withdrawn.  The interruption form is available from the School/College Forms page.

Letters confirming student status

The letter request form is available or you can request a letter via email from your KCL account to the Compass  These can be used for opening bank accounts, extension of student visas etc.  These letters are not sufficient for council tax exemption - please see above.  Please note that we can only provide information which the College has on record, and that we cannot provide debtors with letters.
