Welcome to the Dean's Office

The Dean with the Bishops of Southwark and London and Professor & Mrs Trainor The Dean of King's is an ordained person, responsible for overseeing the spiritual development and welfare of all students and staff as well as fostering vocations amongst the worshipping community.

The Dean's responsibilities

The Dean and the Chaplaincy team are a pastoral resource for the whole College community. They are all available to see any member of College on any matter in complete confidence. They are available to people from all faith communities and beliefs.
 
On-going services and programmes co-ordinated through the Office of the Dean include the Chaplaincy, the Chapel Choir (including 25 Choir scholarships), the Associate of King's College (AKC) programme, and the Vocations Group. In addition, there are many special programmes and speakers throughout the year.
